We gladly accept returns and exchanges, provided it is returned within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in perfect condition - unworn, unwashed, with the original packaging and all tags and labels still attached. Returns and exchanges of panties will only be accepted if the hygiene sticker is still attached. Please note that any items missing the labels or stickers will be charged €5 per piece. An additional €5 will be charged if the item needs to be cleaned.
Exchanges are free in France (using standard postal delivery) within 14 days of the receipt of your order.
How to exchange an item(s) from metropolitan France:
Notify us that you would like to exchange an item(s) via email hello@maisonbrumesparis.com with your order number. Provide us with the new size or item you desire. We will send you an address to ship the parcel to and a postage label.
Send the item(s) to our address in the original condition. Please include your order number and name.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you how to pay for the shipping of your exchanged item(s) and/or any price difference depending on your choice of delivery. (Free postal shipping only for orders within France). You will have 5 business days to make this payment.
We will ship the item(s) to you.
Please note that if you ask for an item to be exchanged but later decide you want to return the items, we will deduct the amount paid for shipping for the “exchange” from your refund.
How to exchange an item(s) from outside metropolitan France:
Notify us that you would like to exchange an item(s) via email hello@maisonbrumesparis.com with your order number. Provide us with the new size or item you desire. We will send you an address to ship the parcel to.
Send the item(s) to our address in the original condition. Please include your order number and name. We advise you to get a tracking number, as we will not be responsible if an order goes missing.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you how to pay for the shipping of your exchanged item(s) and/or any price difference. You will have 5 business days to make this payment.
We will ship the item(s) to you.
Returns will need to be done at your own cost.

We will not be held responsible if the product goes missing so it is recommended to get a tracking number.
In the unlikely event that an item(s) is flawed, contact us via email with your order number and photos of the flaw. Note that this only includes items that arrived flawed, and not usual wear and tear.
