All our orders are carefully packaged in our atelier in Paris. Most items will be shipped in a cardboard box and then put into a bag.
Our boxes are sourced in Europe and are made from 90% recycled materials. These materials are FSC certified. They are 100% recyclable and are plastic free. When exposed to air, light, moisture and microbes, the bio bag will start to biodegrade.
After you have ordered your beautiful pieces, you will receive a confirmation by email. The delay of delivery can be between 1 days and four weeks, depending on your location, your chosen delivery method, the numbers of orders we have or our overload of work. The maximal delay of the dispatch is 3 weeks from the day of the order (outside week-ends).
All the orders are sent from Paris (location of the atelier). The orders are sent by your chosen shipping method (various options are available when you checkout). You will receive a mail the day of the dispatch by parcel with the tracking number of your order. Shipping fees are calculated by the total of your cart in € and size of the shipment. The delivery times given are estimates given to us by the delivery companies. Please note that we have no influence over a parcel once it has been shipped. If a parcel is delayed we will try our best to help find out more information but it is the responsibility of the delivery company in the end.
In the unlikely event that a parcel goes missing, we will liaise with the shipping company to help you find it. However, if the parcel was delivered to your address, as claimed by the shipping company, it is up to you to contact them. We will not be held responsible.
Custom taxes/duties and handling fees may apply outside the European Union and we are not responsible for this. We can’t predict whether you will have taxes/duties and handling fees or their amounts.
By ordering on Brumes Paris, you agree to pay the VAT which will be claimed from customs. If you refuse to pay this, the parcel will be sent back to us and we will have to pay VAT twice (import and export). We will deduct this VAT from your refund if the package is returned to us. You will only receive a refund once we have received the parcel in our studio.
Depending on your location, you will different delivery options.
This delivery is available within Metropolitan France, Guyane, Martinique, Guadaloupe, Mayotte and Monaco. You will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel but delivery does not require a signature. We will not be held responsible if Colissimo delivers the parcel and you did not receive it. You need to contact La Poste. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.
This delivery is only available within Metropolitan France. You will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel and your parcel will be delivered to a pickup point closest to you. Please contact us if you have any issues finding your parcel. You have a limited amount of time to collect your parcel so please do so as soon as possible. If you do not pick it up the parcel will be returned to us. We will refund you only for the cost of the products, not the shipping. The estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 days.
This delivery is available to most of our shipping locations (not all). You will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel and delivery requires a signature. We will not be held responsible if Colissimo delivers the parcel and you did not receive it. You need to contact La Poste. The estimated delivery time can be between 3 to 8 days. This depends on your location. Please note that for deliveries to the french overseas territories delivery time can be between 11 to 31 days.
